Exchange Policy

You can easily exchange your product under our "15 Days Exchange Policy". This provides customers the freedom to exchange goods/merchandise within 15 Days of its receipt. We only request you not to use the product and keep its tags and original packaging intact in an unwashed and undamaged condition. You can certainly try the product but kindly take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

We offer a free pick up service and our courier partner will keep you informed regarding this. All you need to do is create an exchange request by following the below steps:

  1. Go to your Aurelia
  2. Click on the Exchange button available next to your product
  3. Provide the size required
  4. Click on Submit

Once the item is picked up and received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. This process may take 7-10 business days. You will receive SMS/Email once we ship your product.

If you are not able to see the Exchange button or if the button is disabled, that means the product is not under our "15 Days Exchange Policy". For any queries you can drop us an email at [email protected] or call us at 8800698168 and we will be glad to help.

Here are few Terms and Conditions to consider:

  • has "15 Days Exchange Policy" which allows you to create an exchange request within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchange is not applicable on discounted product or products bought during sale.
  • Exchange for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Aurelia Quality Team only. The decision taken by Aurelia Quality Team is final.
  • Damages due to negligence or improper usage is not be covered under our "15 Days Exchange Policy".
  • Promotional offers or any special offers may override our "15 Day Exchange Policy."
  • Exchange of goods/merchandise due to any manufacturing defect or color bleeding shall be governed by the applicable warranty & guaranty as provided by TCNS CLOTHING CO. LIMITED.
  • This is applicable only for customers in India and we won't be able to provide Exchange to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.
  • Any product being exchanged needs to have all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
  • This policy is applicable for product purchased from only. For products bought from Aurelia stores, please get in touch with the store executives.
